Weekend Foal Watch Position- Elsdon Park, Matamata
Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Saturdays & Sundays End of July through to start of November
- Monitor mares for signs of foaling and assist with foaling
- Assist with mare & foal post foaling care
- Keep accurate records
- Key attributes: Reliable, observant & confident handling horses
- Prior experience preferred but not essential – training provided
- Approx 60 mares foaling at the farm for the season (2 person present per foaling)
